Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Ako Immigration Services Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Ako Immigration Services Ltd provides licensed immigration advice for New Zealand visas and immigration matters. Our services include consultation, application preparation, document review, and representation before Immigration New Zealand.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
• Pay all fees as agreed in the service agreement
• Comply with all New Zealand immigration laws and regulations
• Inform us immediately of any changes to their circumstances

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in that agreement. Immigration New Zealand application fees and other third-party costs are additional to our professional fees.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we will use our best efforts and expertise to assist with your immigration application, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome. Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration New Zealand based on their assessment of your eligibility and circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary for processing your application.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ako Immigration Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
