Request - Reconsideration

In New Zealand, a request for reconsideration allows individuals who have had a temporary visa application (visitor, student, or work) declined to have their case reviewed again by Immigration New Zealand (INZ). This option is available when the applicant still has a valid visa, such as an Interim Visa, and they are in New Zealand when making the request. The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the decline decision from INZ.
